π¦Β Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
β We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products by customer
- Sale/discounted items (if mentioned non-returnable)
- Personal care & hygiene products (if opened)
πΒ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about refund approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 working days
- Refund will be issued via same payment method or bank transfer (as applicable)
πΒ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item sent
Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

- Customer may need to bear return shipping cost (unless wrong/damaged item)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
