We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products by customer
  • Sale/discounted items (if mentioned non-returnable)
  • Personal care & hygiene products (if opened)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about refund approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued via same payment method or bank transfer (as applicable)

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item sent

Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

🚚 Shipping for Returns

  • Customer may need to bear return shipping cost (unless wrong/damaged item)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
